Garnish: Whipped cream, icing, or candies.

Presentation: Put the gelato on top of one cookie and top it off with another cookie. Keep the finished panini in the freezer until right before serving. Have fun decorating them and enjoy every bite.

Notes: For different textures, we love to add finely sliced strawberries or peaches and Tre Vaniglie gelato between the cookies. When the fresh fruit hardens in the freezer, it gives a crunchy texture to the creamy gelato.
